Science Test on Thursday

There will be a Science test over Chapter 1, Weather and Seasons, on Thursday, September 19th. We have been studying this chapter's content for over a month. We have watched videos on BrainPopJr and Discovery Education. We have had discussions, carried out experiments, and written and drawn about our discoveries about weather and seasons. If you would like to review this content with your child at home, the textbook is a great place to start (5 lessons in ch.1), but feel free to branch out. Share what you know about weather (here and in other places), watch the weather (on the news and/or outside!), use a thermometer, share stories about weather (tornadoes, hurricanes, thunderstorms, etc), check out the clouds and classify them (stratus, nimbus, cirrus, cumulus)...
