Do we meet the standard?

We have been practicing writing complete sentences correctly for several weeks. Today I challenged students to come up with examples of non-sentences (something was missing), complete sentences, and excellent sentences. Below you can see pictures of the students at work (most chose to have a partner) as well as their sentences on the wall. Some students had a little trouble figuring out where their example went, but overall we did VERY well!!
