Creating a Number Path

This week we worked on creating our own number path. Students were asked to write their number as a numeral (the digits), in words, and starting with ten we added the place value- how many tens and ones in the number! Then students drew a representation of the number and grouped it by tens. It was challenging, but very rewarding! Sorry it is hard to see, but it is up on the wall!!
